Return and Refunds 

What is the return and refund policy at Turbo Jewelers? 

Let’s say you purchase a piece of jewelry with us (instore) and it ends up not being the style you wanted with a certain outfit, then you have within 15 days to return it to Turbo Jewelers. 

Purchases that are not discounted and are purchased in full price (* without wear and tear), you will have 30 days to return it. In this case you will be refunded your money. 

If your purchase was discounted or on a special discount and you wanted to return it, you will not get refunded the amount, but you can exchange it with store credit.

Custom designed jewelry or items cannot be exchanged or returned. 


Guarantees and Service Plans

Are there any guarantees on your jewelry or products? 

We guarantee a one year manufacturer warranty against defects on all of our merchandise. 

We do offer a Warranty Battery Program on high quality batteries we use when replacing your watches’ battery. For more information, feel free to get in contact with us. 


Online Orders

Do you mail orders outside the United States? 

Yes

How and when will I know when my order is ready to pick up when I choose to send it to the store?

You will be notified through email and/or text message (if selected at checkout) when your order is shipped and a second email when your order is ready for pick up. 

When will my credit card be charged for my purchase?

It will be charged the day the item(s) is shipped. 

Can someone else pick up my order?

No, the person whose name is on the order must be the one to pick up the purchased merchandise. 

What do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my order? 

You must bring a valid photo ID (ex: driver’s license). You will need to sign your name in order to pick up your merchandise. 

Ring Sizing and Engraving

Are there different  ring sizes available?

As you look for the perfect ring, you will then be shown the sizes we have available for your ring choice. If your desired ring size isn’t available we can service it and adjust it to your preferred size. Ring sizing service may take one to up to 3 business days. Feel free to contact us for additional questions about ring resizing. 

Do you offer engraving?

Yes, we offer engraving on all merchandise. It usually takes one to up to 10 days for special items for the service. If you would like a quote on a specific engraving request, get in touch with us.

Yes, we are able to recreate any piece of jewelry the way you want. We offer custom services for:
